We ship from our workshop in Germany – most orders are dispatched within a few business days, and items in stock often ship on the same business day. You can see the exact delivery time at checkout.

What material are the products made from?

We use 3D printing with high-quality, durable plastics such as PLA, PETG, TPU, and ASA – depending on the product and its intended use. The materials are robust and recyclable.

Are the products "Made in Germany"?

Yes. Development and production take place in our own workshop in Wildberg (Germany) - short distances, tested quality and personal support.

Can I get a custom or personalized item?

Yes – through our 3D printing service we produce individual pieces, spare parts, and small series according to your specifications. Simply send us your file or describe your idea.

How do I care for my 3D-printed product?

It's best to clean it with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Depending on the material, avoid prolonged strong heat or direct sunlight for extended periods – then you'll enjoy it for a long time.

How do support and returns work?
