🛠️ What does "Zero Clearance" mean?
The insert fits so closely to the saw blade that there is practically no gap left between the workpiece and the saw blade – this is called Zero Clearance or Zero Gap. We manufacture the cutting channel with a width of only 3-4 mm, so that only the saw blade and the riving knife can pass through. The surrounding edge consists of 5-10 mm solid material and ensures extreme durability – even with frequent use.
