The Bosch GTS 10 XC is one of the most popular table saws for ambitious DIYers and small workshops. However, two things are annoying in everyday use: dust flying through the workshop despite extraction, and frayed cut edges due to the wide standard saw slot. For both, there is a custom-fit solution from our 3D workshop.
Problem 1: Dust at the blade guard
The GTS 10 XC extracts well from under the table — but a good portion of fine dust escapes into the air at the blade guard when sawing. This is exactly where the dust extraction adapter comes in:

Problem 2: Tear-out on the cut
The standard table insert leaves a lot of space around the saw blade — thin workpieces can sink in, and fibers tear out at the cutting edge because the material is not supported at the exit point. The Zero-Clearance solution:

Why Zero Clearance makes such a difference
Clean cut edges are created when the wood fibers at the exit point of the saw blade are supported. The smaller the gap between the blade and the insert, the less tear-out can occur — especially visible with coated panels, veneer, and cross-cuts in solid wood. Professionals often make zero-clearance inserts themselves; our insert is the custom-fit version for the GTS 10 XC.

When changing the table insert, as with any intervention on the saw: unplug the power cord, observe the saw's instructions, reassemble the riving knife correctly. The insert does not replace any protective devices.
